湿地松、加勒比松种质资源遗传多样性分析

摘要:
应用SSR与SRAP分子标记技术分析22份湿地松和28份加勒比松种质资源(其中包括15份洪都拉斯加勒比松样品、9份古巴加勒比松样品、4份巴哈马加勒比松样品)的遗传多样性,结果表明,在SSR分析中,14对SSR引物产生的多态性比率为89%,平均每对引物获得多态性条带4.3条;SRAP分析中,12对SSR引物产生的多态性比率为72%,平均每对引物获得多态性条带2.8条;SSR和SRAP标记综合分析表明,参试材料遗传距离变化范围为0.075~0.633,种质资源间存在丰富的遗传多样性。;

Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Pinus elliottii and P. caribaea Germplasm Resources

Abstract:
Genetic diversity was evaluated by sequencerelated amplified polymorphism (SRAP) and simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers among 22 germplasm materials of Pinus elliottii, and 28 germplasm materials of P.caribaea including 15 germplasm materials of P. caribaea  var. hondurensis, 9 germplasm materials of P. caribaea var. caribaea, and 4 germplasm materials of P. caribaea var. bahmaensis. 14 SSR primers produced a polymorphism ratio of 89% with an average of 4.3 fragments per primer, whereas 12 SRAP primer combinations produced a polymorphism ratio of 72% with an average of 2.8 fragments per primer combinations. Data of SRAP and SSR makers, analysed by unweighted pairgroup method arithmetic averages, indicated that the accessions had a 美高梅 distance from 0.075 to 0.633, which could fully showed that they have rich 美高梅 diversity.
