|
应用SSR与SRAP分子标记技术分析22份湿地松和28份加勒比松种质资源（其中包括15份洪都拉斯加勒比松样品、9份古巴加勒比松样品、4份巴哈马加勒比松样品）的遗传多样性，结果表明，在SSR分析中，14对SSR引物产生的多态性比率为89%，平均每对引物获得多态性条带4.3条；SRAP分析中，12对SSR引物产生的多态性比率为72%，平均每对引物获得多态性条带2.8条；SSR和SRAP标记综合分析表明，参试材料遗传距离变化范围为0.075~0.633，种质资源间存在丰富的遗传多样性。;

Genetic diversity was evaluated by sequencerelated amplified polymorphism (SRAP) and simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers among 22 germplasm materials of Pinus elliottii, and 28 germplasm materials of P.caribaea including 15 germplasm materials of P. caribaea var. hondurensis, 9 germplasm materials of P. caribaea var. caribaea, and 4 germplasm materials of P. caribaea var. bahmaensis. 14 SSR primers produced a polymorphism ratio of 89% with an average of 4.3 fragments per primer, whereas 12 SRAP primer combinations produced a polymorphism ratio of 72% with an average of 2.8 fragments per primer combinations. Data of SRAP and SSR makers, analysed by unweighted pairgroup method arithmetic averages, indicated that the accessions had a 美高梅 distance from 0.075 to 0.633, which could fully showed that they have rich 美高梅 diversity.
