遮阴对烈香茶花光合作用参数日变化的影响

摘要:
以烈香茶花为材料,研究遮阴对烈香茶花光合作用参数日变化的影响。结果表明:遮阴没有改变烈香茶花光合作用参数日变化趋势。净光合速率日变化呈现双峰,并出现午休现象;蒸腾速率与气孔导度的日变化呈现相同趋势,为单峰曲线;而胞间CO2浓度日变化趋势呈现W型趋势。不同处理下的烈香茶花最大净光合速率分别为3.77(全光照),3.18(40%光照),3.08 μmol CO2?m- 2?s-1(80%光照)。

Effects of Shades on Diurnal Variation of Photosynthesis Parameters of Camellia japonica ‘Liexiang’

Abstract:
In this paper,the shading effects on photosynthetic parameters of Camellia japonica‘Liexiang’ were investigated. The results show that shading didn′t influence photosynthetic parameters. The net photosynthetic rate presents doublepeak curves and midday depression; both transpiration rate and stomatal conductance present single peak curves; and intercellular CO2 concentration appears to vary with a W shaped curve. The peak photosynthetic rate of full illumination,40% illumination and 80% illumination was 3.77,3.18 and 3.08μmol CO2·m- 2·s- 1, respectively. The double peak photosynthetic rate curves show that the photosynthetic rate of 80% illumination was lower than 40% illumination at noon. Therefore, an appropriate shading treatment was good for growth of Camellia japonica‘Liexiang’ during hot spell summer.
