This paper starts off from the special conditions of constructing forest parks in Dongguan city to research new thinking for establishment and management of forest parks in Dongguan, according to construction background of the forest parks in Dongguan. It mainly analyzes factures of urban construction and economic development of Dongguan, and puts forward view point of author to construct and manage forest parks in Dongguan by considering sustainable development of forest parks in Dongguan.
